    Plandid offers optional integration with Google Calendar to help you manage your wedding planning schedule. When you connect your Google Calendar account, we access and collect the following data:

    • Calendar event information (event titles, dates, times, and descriptions) for the purpose of syncing your wedding planning tasks and appointments.
    • Your Google account email address for authentication purposes.

    How we use Google Calendar data: We use your Google Calendar data solely to display your calendar events within the Plandid app and to create, update, or delete wedding-related events on your behalf when you choose to sync them.

    Data storage: Your Google Calendar data is accessed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers. We only store the authentication tokens necessary to maintain your calendar connection.

    Plandid's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    4. Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

    We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your personal data or Google user data to third parties. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

    • Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform, such as cloud hosting providers (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for application hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us.
